Our Founding Owner and Manager is Donald R. Hoofard, Sr. He is a Retired Texas Peace Officer with over 37 years
of experience in the criminal justice field. He began this agency with a vision toward helping those who had great stories
to tell, but just didn't have the time or expertise to tell it.. He became a published author back in 1979 writing articles
for Texas Country Magazine, Texas Monthly Magazine, and wrote items of interested to peace officers, both active
and retired. He is also a top investigator, martial arts expert, and special weapons trainer. He is a Life Member of
the United States Professional Bail Bond Investigator's Association, American Legion, A.F.S.C.M.E., Member Southest Texas
Masons Dewitt Lodge #29, and the Butokuki International Federation of Martial Artists. He is a listed Provider @ elance.com.
He is the author of the "DANE" novels published by "Publish America", and lastly, but not in the least, he's member of both
the Screen Actor's Guild (S.A.G.) and the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists(A.F.T.R.A.). He is also an Equity
Actor (Theater Productions).
When you called us the first person you were greeted by was "Our" Mrs. Catherine Owens Hoofard. She
kept raines on the office, assisted buyers of our services, and helped Mr. Hoofard with assignments while he was away
from the office doing in-depth research for a buyer/clients. She was the iron horse of the operation. There's
not much she didn't know, and what she didn't know, she'd find out about and get back to you with the answer a.s.a.p. She was
an author of many written works in her own right over the years and was quite capable of writing any genre she wished
to do. She was very much loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She met our Lord on March 4, 2011. She now
writes in Heaven above. May God bless and keep her at his side always.
